Parking & Student Safety Policy

At EPlusT Education, the safety of our students and respect for our local community are our top priorities. To ensure a smooth and safe environment for everyone, all parents and guardians must adhere to the following parking and drop-off/pick-up regulations.

Safe Drop-off & Pick-up Procedures

  • Accompanied Entry: Always walk your child into the reception area. Never allow children to walk or run to the building unattended.

  • In-Person Collection: Please collect your child from the reception desk. Do not ask your child to walk to your vehicle alone.

  • Timing: Please arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled finish time. We ask that you do not arrive excessively early or late for pick-ups.

  • Road Safety: Never drop off or pick up children in the middle of the service road. If you park across the road, you must use the safe crossing to cross .

Parking Etiquette & Regulations

  • Neighbourhood Respect: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding blocking our neighbours' driveways. Per the Highway Code, do not park in front of property entrances, even briefly.

  • Approved Parking Areas: If you are waiting in your vehicle, please use the service road going downhill .

  • Restricted Zones: Do not park on grass verges or in a manner that obstructs traffic.

  • Conduct: Please remain respectful to our neighbours at all times.

⚠️ Important Notice

Compliance & Liability:

  • EPlusT Education reserves the right to withdraw a student’s place if parents or guardians repeatedly park dangerously, illegally, or inconsiderately.

  • Parents/guardians assume full legal and financial responsibility for any fines or liabilities resulting from illegal parking. EPlusT Education is not liable for any traffic or parking violations committed by visitors.

Setting the Right Example: We believe that the habits children observe in their parents shape their future behaviour. By following these rules, you help us model responsibility and respect for our students.

Thank you for your cooperation and support in keeping our school community safe.
